Fish & Seafood Packaging Conference: Deliver Them Fresh!

Packforum® hosted its second global fish and seafood event at the beginning of April, which was attended by 85 delegates from retail, industry, food sciences and the media, representing 64 companies from 21 countries in West and East Europe as well as Saudi Arabia.
The programme, critically praised by attendees, comprised a seminar session with a series of presentations by leading industry experts on all aspects of fish packaging plus specific workshops and an optional store tour.

Dedicated Cheese Event at Sealed Air’s Packforum: Climb to the Summit!

Packforum®, the Sealed Air European customer care center near Paris, hosted a unique, global cheese event on 24-26 October 2007. This event served to provide a comprehensive update on the advanced technologies and automation processes that are indispensable to ensure safe and quality product packaging, efficient line outputs, product preservation and protection for the global supply chain.
Leading industry experts were invited to share their views and ideas and highlight the recent market trends and developments. The event welcomed 97 participants from 23 countries all over the world, with extensive representation from Eastern Europe.

Packforum®, the Sealed Air European customer care center near Paris, hosted a global 2-day pizza event on 1-2 October 2007 to help attendees acquire a comprehensive update on this dynamically growing market and learn the latest and future packaging developments for pizza.
The event welcomed more than 60 participants from all over the world (19 countries including Mexico, Venezuela and the USA) with an excellent representation of the major players in this very dynamic market, as well as key retailers.

Smoked & Processed Meat Packaging: Get Ahead of the Game The evolution in packaging marches on

Packforum, the Sealed Air Cryovac European customer care center, continues to build momentum in the world of food packaging by bringing industry experts together to discuss latest trends and share future insights. The last event which took place on 27-28 June 2007 focused on smoked and processed meats.
The event attracted 46 participants representing 34 different companies from all over Europe and Mexico. High level guest speakers presented and discussed global, regional and local developments in the smoked and processed meat marketplace, and exploring, hands on, the latest innovations in packaging solutions.
The latter embraced not only packaging materials and equipment but also areas such as design, branding and consumer communication.

Profitable Case-Ready Fresh Meat Packaging & Marketing

Sealed Air Cryovac introduced Case-Ready packaging many years ago and continues to develop the successful trend and offer new solutions.
To take a close look at these, the packaging expert organized a global two-day seminar, roundtable and workshop on Case-Ready meat packaging at Packforum®, its permanent European customer care centre near Paris.
On 28-29 March 2007, an unprecedented turnout of over 130 participants representing 80 industry players from 20 countries (including New Zealand and South Africa) convened at Packforum for an exciting and challenging program.
