We believe in continuous improvement. One of the initiatives towards achieving this goal is to build stronger relationships with our suppliers. We are developing comprehensive programs and policies to ensure the inclusion of diversity strategies that aren’t just about diversifying our workforce, we are aiming to have systems and processes that are fully inclusive, where all stakeholders contributions are sought, valued and measured.

Our vision is to develop and implement an affirmative strategy to ensure that Minority, Woman, Veteran and Disabled owned businesses have the maximum practical opportunity to participate as Sources of Supply and Services to our Company.

We recognize there are multiple categories for Supplier Diversity and because of that we became members of the NMSDC (National Minority Supplier Development Council) and WBENC (Women’s Business Enterprise National Council) to help us drive this effort. Our next step is to invite you to participate on this program, share with you our purchasing objectives and jointly develop reports to monitor our business relationship. At the same time, we would like to know more about you, your processes, your challenges, your opportunities, all these in order to help us determine where can we grow together. Performance evaluation will allow us to set measurable objectives.
